The standard cottage package. We pick up at the driveway, wrap on site at the facility, and bring it back in spring.

The per-foot price covers the spot, the cribbing, the insurance, the weekly walkthrough, the mid-winter status photo, and 24/7 monitoring. October through May, no proration.
Wrap, pickup, winterization, and detailing are separate. You only pay for the ones you tick. Most cottagers add wrap and driveway pickup at minimum.
Pay the full season in advance before August 15 and save 8% on the entire package, line items included. Anything added after the prepay is at full price.
No deposit is taken until your spot is confirmed. Standard pay schedule is 50% at pickup, 50% at spring return. Prepay is the third option.
Full refund up to 30 days before pickup. After that, 50% of the storage portion is held. Add-on services are refunded if not yet performed.
$5M coverage on the lot, $2M during transport. Any damage we cause we pay for. Pre-existing damage is photographed at pickup and shared with you.
